Randy Jones entered the insurance industry in 1976 as a sales agent, specializing in life and health insurance. In 1981, he added property and casualty insurance to his services portfolio. He has served the Tri-Valley area for more than 30 years, specializing in property casualty, life, individual and small group health and disability. As a Pleasanton resident for more than 20 years, he has seen the area grow and raised two daughters who were very active in the local schools. He also coached his daughters and others in the Pleasanton Girls Softball League and the CYO youth basketball program for many years. Because he knows the time and money constraints on active families, he believes you deserve a knowledgeable professional to explain the benefits and intricacies of insurance. Helen Dillon has been with Randy Jones Insurance Services as an insurance agent since 2003. Prior to moving into the independent agent environment, Helen was involved in the health care industry and held positions in human resources and marketing training with a major health carrier. Helen works in all personal lines of business, health and commercial general liability areas. She is focused on tailoring insurance to fit the client’s needs, to promote a long-lasting working relationship.

Leslie Jones joined Randy Jones Insurance Services in 2002 working as a customer service representative (CSR) and office manager. She became a licensed sales agent in 2003. Prior to joining the agency, Leslie spent 20-plus years in the advertising/public relations field as an account executive and specialized as a marketing director for homebuilding firms. Her real estate expertise makes her well equipped to assist customers in understanding market value versus replacement cost issues and all aspects of insuring homes properly.
